It is perfectly safe for both parties, if you use a condom!! It can be very uncomfortable for a woman if you dont take it easy. If it is painful, stop! Im my opinion, it can be a very pleasurable experience, if you are relaxed enough.

Any medical report anywhere will tell you that anal sex is VERY UNSAFE, for males and females alike. I remember what a physician said to me one time when we were discussing the matter. He said, "It's all a matter of what goes through the anus, which way it's going, and how violently it's doing so, whether the "violence" is called "sexual passion" or rape. And the substance of the mass passing through your anal canal is critical. The mass of the penis is very different to the mass of human waste, and the anal canal is very sensitive to that. And finally, the frequency of passage of human defecation is no where close to frequency of passage of the penis in and out of the anus during sex. The anal canal was never meant to endure that number of passings." He was rather urgent in his comments, as though he was trying to speak to the whole world, especially young people not-in-the-know of the dangers or abuses in sexual activities, and he didn't realize he was only talking to me. Maybe by your question and my answering you, I can do some of what he seemed so urgent in doing when he spoke to me. He is dead now. I hope he knows I helped get his message passed further along.
