No. Let her have them. You can laugh about it later because everytime she looks at the things you brought her she will think about you. And to be perfectly honest with you, she may not get all she wants from the next dude. Let it all go. Just be careful the next go around.

The ONLY time it is ok to take back something, is an engagement ring. Once you give a gift, it's hers (or his).
The only other exception would be if you gave her something personal, like a family heirloom. Otherwise, the gifts were just that, gifts! Take your pride, your heart and your intelligece with you and just walk away. Let it go and better luck next time!

It's o.k. to ask, sure, but a couple of points:
1. She's not required in any way to agree to give it back.
2. Do you really think she would?
3. Why in the world would you want to even hear this person's voice again?
Keep walking, don't look back. She (and the stuff) are NOT worth it. Good luck.

No, you can't get those things back. I have been there and I know you probably feel taken advantage of but, you gave her a gift(s) because you wanted to. You can't make her give them back to you (morally or legally). Take this as a huge lesson and don't make the same mistake twice. Sorry about your breakup.

Personally I would never do that. gifts are gifts and why on earth would you want them back? I hope not to give to another girl because what would that be like. Oh here is a necklace I gave my old girlfriend but she was a skank so you can have it. Let her keep it because after all when you got it you gave from your heart.

You can ask her, but chances are, you're not going to get them back. And unless you specified that she would pay you back for the items before she got them, you can't get them back in court either. You're better off to just cut your losses and move on.

of course! she was the one that cheated on you mate, not the other way around. Go for it! The chances are she only wanted you for your money anyway. Some people are like that...

No. I sympathize with you, but a gift is a gift. Unless it was considered a "loan" from the word go, the things are hers to keep.
