For Orthodox Judaism, yes it is a violation of Torah to practice homosexuality.
At the opposite end of the spectrum the Reform have no problem with it.
Really there is no problem with Goys (non-Jews), all are welcome, but just as somethings apply only to the Kohanim and not to all Jews, so too somethings apply only to Jews and not to non-Jews. The law against sexual immorality (including homosexual acts) is one of the 7 Noachide laws which Judaism teaches are to be kept by all mankind.

Typically, the Orthodox really looks down on homosexuality.
You can liken the Orthodox to your Christian fundamentalist counter-part.
Both Conservative and Reform Jews are pretty cool about homosexuals...of course, there are probably a few congregations that look down on the gay lifestyle, but for the most part - and certainly the two congregations in my town - that lifestyle is accepted as being loved by God just as much as heterosexual Jews.

Depends on the denomination you're in. I think it is cool with the Reform Jewish denomination.
