how much should a 23 year old female (5'6") weight?

that depends on your build.

i would probably say somewhere from 120-140 for an average female.
but remember that muscle weighs more than fat...so if your really muscular, you'll weigh more, but you won't necessarily be fat.

i work in a doctors office...its from 145-160 according to the chart they have....and 110 is way too skinny dude....i am 5'6 and i weigh 130 and im by no means fat

I would say 125-145

160 is way to much i would think under 130

not less than 95 not more than 150 which depends on height also
