i was a gymnast and when i was 12 I broke my back and became bed-bound for 2 years (my bones had been previously weakened by chemo). basically in those 2 years i went from 97 pounds, to growing 6 inches and gaining about 40 lbs.
when i got back in the walking game (i wasnt allowed to play sports) i went vegetarian... in a matter of a year all the weight fell off through a fairly easy method .... assuming u dont want to (or in my case cant) workout
for someone weighing 150 lbs you basically burn 1400 cals a day through just living (assuming you sleep 10 hours and sit still and perfectly quiet for the rest of the time). the goal is to eat less that 1400 cals ... now im not saying to eat 500 cals because thats NOT HEALTHY ... but slowly cut down your calorie intake, and speed up ur metabolic rate (through eating small meals, etc etc)
also eat safe foods ... which are basically foods that burn cals (yes they exist) for ex. lettuce ... eating and digesting lettuce burns more calories than availabe in the lettuce itself. so u end up full AND having burned a few cals! and check out wishbone's spritzer dressing .. only 1 calorie a spray so ur still doing great! check this link out!

First, it is mostly not your fault that you need to lose weight. The way society has taught you to eat is responsible for making obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the #1 health problem in the world replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic) of obesity.
So you need to completely re-learn how to eat so you won't be a victim anymore. Learn everything that is on the site below. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and you will have what you have now. You will learn about losing bodyfat, retained water and a 3rd thing.

Weight Watchers is the only way I dropped my weight. You can still eat a variety of foods and you learn how to eat healthy and control your portions. Exercise combined with WW and you will really drop the pounds. Remember it is only healthy to lose about a pound to two pounds and week.

yes im on a programme that is great for me ive lost alot and im still losing and not starving. the trick is to be serious and do the excercises, not forgetting the water

Don't eat junk food, exercise at least 3 times a week and have balanced meals.....

Vegetarianism, running, dumb bells. I lost a lot of weight when I became a vegetarian.
