What should i do if i like an older woman?
im going 2 be 20 and she is around 30. im a student worker and she is a counselor. we work in a college. should i avoid this feeling or let her know? this has been in my mind so can some1 help me? what to do?

well if you two are mature, smart, and honest adults, and she's not married or taken. i don't see a problem with you going out with her?
of course your going to see if she has the same feelings towards you? but your an adult who can decided if you want to date an older women, but maybe you should date older women that are 6 years older then you then 10 years.
30 years has had more expeirences then a 20 year old, you might not have much in common or can relate as well with her.
but i'm just giving you both sides of the coin of this answer. hope it helps a bit.

Age is important but maturity is more so. My brother's wife is 10 yrs older that him, my sister's fiance is 3 yrs younger than her and my husband is 2 yrs younger than I am. So we kinda all the other way round. We all have the usual battles in the relationships but the age is not a factor except to those looking in.
Try talking to her and if she is interested, give it a shot. Do not count her out just because of age.

you should let her know. don't ever be afraid to express your feelings to a woman, never know they might be flattered and give you a shot. or the might even like you also. trust me i know that's all i deal with is women ten years older then me or better and I'm 26, right now my girl a be 32 in November.

If you 2 are workin in the same place then i say dont say anything about it cause most place dont want their employees having any relations with each other.
