People may say - others are worse off - that may be true - but you are living your life and they need to walk a 'mile in your shoes' before they can say that. Everybody has different stress levels and different coping mechanisms. If you feel stressed then it is real - try and read a book like 'shift happens' by Robert Holden.......or go to the www.happiness.co.uk website.
and try to take time to relax........................

Oh heavens where do I start??
I am off sick with depression at the moment so my biggest worry is getting myself better to return to a job I am not sure I will have when I get back! I am having really bad panic attacks in crowds and my mood goes up and down more times than a tarts knickers!
I worry about my children, especially my eldest who, since the split from his dad nearly 6 years ago, no longer has any confidence in himself.
I am worried about the arrears I have accumulated because of my illness.
My mum may have breast cancer again and we have to wait another 2 agonising weeks to get the results.
I worry about my weight and the way I look. I am in a viscous circle where I am eating to replace company yet putting on so much weight it makes me miserable so I eat to cheer myself up!!
I am scared ****-less that my past will come back to haunt me again. It reared it's ugly head on my birthday and put all my hard work of getting better back to square one.
These are just the tip of the ice burg in my life right now lol. I still have a smile on my face though and am working through each and every problem one day at a time........ It is bloody hard work but I am getting there!

My daughter and grandson.....she left about 2 years ago...left her son with me...now his father has custody (I helped him gain it)...now she is in the county jail and is expected to be released right before Christmas. I have my grandson every other weekend. He askes questions about his mommy..and I try to answer..but its hard.I dont want him to forget her...but I want him to feel safe. I go visit her...but I refuse to take him...thats not how he needs to see her. I'm sorry your having problems...and whoever told you that was right..everyone does..but sometimes things just get hard to handle and you need to talk to someone.....Find that person....dont keep it inside.......you will end up on medication....I am.

my mom left town for 7 days without letting anyone know where she was going ....no way to contact her as she had her cell phone off....and didn't call anyone while she was gone. When she did get home she only called my sister and proceeds to tell her that she is the only one she truly missed.
