Allergies can easily be overcome using the Water Cure. Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with 1/4 teaspoon of unrefined sea salt every day. If you drink caffeinated beverages or sugary drinks, add three glasses per drink. Avoid all dairy products and fast from bread. pasta, pizza, and other product with gluten until symptoms end and then only add back foods slowly.
I would also drink three glasses of apple juice each day with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, plus a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, a dash of cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne. Add more catenne each day as you learn to tolerate it well.
Do this for a month and you will not only defeat allegies, you might just clear up your gallbalder, kidneys, colon and every other
organ in your body. All disease start in the gut. Use these foods to clear your gut and you will finally find allergy relief.

You have hay fever.
You need tablets - cetirizine, loratidine or desloratidine which you can get over the counter. Usually taken one tablet once daily. Some popular brand names are zirtek, clarityn, benadryl
You also need a nasal spray such as 'Beconase' but there are several others. generally used twice a day
You finally need eye drops (any with cromoglycate will do eg opticrom which you can use up to 4 times a day

I'm afraid the only help is medication. I use Allegra almost everyday during the summer. It can take a while to kick in but once it is going you should feel better. Also it is OK to take some pills if you think you are going to be affected. Its better to be safe then sorry. Good Luck

i got allergy tested. my doctor stuck 103 needles in my back and tested me for 103 different things that could be causing my allergies. some really common stuff came up, including foods, and now i avoid them or have minimal contact and it's getting better already. but i'm also on allergy shots, 2 nasal sprays, an oral med, and occasional steroids for really bad times. i would strongly recommen going to an allergy specialist, they can help you SO much. i was MISERABLE before and now i actually enjoy my mornings. good luck!
