Just ask him if you can be honest with him about something and then just tell him how you feel. When I had to tell my feiance that I actually asked him how he truly felt about me (he answered honestly as he always has) and then I told him how I felt about him. If you are not boyfriend and girlfriend yet here is a way for you to kind of hint/ask him: Ask him this exactly: What would you say if I asked you to be my boyfriend? For some reason this question always shocks guys but they love that the girl takes the lead. (Also an extra tip, if you havent kissed yet and he is a bit shy about kissing you the first time ask him this: I was wondering something, how good of a kisser are you? Guys love those suprise questions that they can only truly answer one way.)

Sit him down and just wing it, if you prepare, it won't work well, it has to be from the heart and it has to be on the spot, just make sure you do it because the guy will be estatic, i guarantee it
