Shes been to the emergency vet already so you can stop posting take her in NOW ASAP etc., thanks for the concern but that much I do know. Have had our regular vet on the phone and he says to watch and wait and see if gets better and to give her some dramamine. A couple people have mentioned vistibular syndrome. Anyone have experience with this, do they generaly make a full or partial recover?

Your dog may be having a seizure, dogs are known to have seizures, so you might want to take her in A.S.A.P!!!!

Has she been in the heat? What color is her tongue/gums. If they're bright red get her in cool water NOW and get her temperature down - hold her head up. Get her to a vet emergency room ASAP.

If she hasn't been in the heat it sounds like seizures. Doe she have fleas? A flea infestation not noticed can take a dog down.
Has she gotten into anything? Could it be epilepsy? (what age and all is she?)

Get her to the Vet NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is caused by a neurological problem and she needs help right away.

I just read your additional info. Is she older? What did the ER Vet say? Sometimes older dogs get something called Old Dog Vestibular Disease which will cause the problems you are mentioning. It is the doggie version of Alzheimer's.

My boxer had the same issue when he was a puppy - it was part of an ear infection. Definitely take your pup to the vet ASAP - as this symptom really does go hand-in-hand with alot of different illnesses...

It's sounds like she has vestibular...if her eyes are going from left to right and not up and down and her balance is off. It is not permanent. You should take her to the VET especially if she can not hold down any food or water.

She probably ate something bad. I would take her to the animal RIGHT AWAY!! She may have had a seizure or an allergic reaction or even have tumors.
