Is there any way you can restore enamel?

Enamel cannot be restored yet, but at the moment, the degraded enamel is covered with a plastic filling which bonds to the surface of the tooth (white) and protects the teeth from further enamel loss and the disfiguring looks that would result. Bonding is cheap,in cost, similar to a regular filling.

You can not restore enamel, enamel isn't capable of regeneration whats there is there. You can however "patch" enamel or cover it with fillings,crowns and veneers. FYI Enamel is the hardest substance in the body.
