There isn't any bomb that's supposed to hit LA... North Korea is testing a missile without its warhead (the part that explodes) which might be able to hit LA, but might not.

You are safe, it is an untested missile & the USA has the ability to shoot it down. President Bush also have approval of the 25 European countries to take whatever action is neccessary to protect all countries. LA is safe from missile, but I can not say it is safe.
