The best way to lose weight is to exercise and a diet do not cheat on the diet or you will gain all the weight back believe me i use to weigh 211 pounds but now i weigh 185 i know i haven lost alot of weight but at least i lost about 25 pounds and all i did was exercise 4 days a week for an hour a day and stuck on that Special K Cereal Diet.

ya...i love food too!!! i loved it so much i decided to exercise so i could eat. in fact..i became a fitness instructor and long distance runner and have to eat every hour! now i eat what i like, keep the weight off and still look relatively good. exercise is the answer, my friend!

i love food to. i got tired of being overweight so i just started going to less fattening food. right now im chowing down on carrots with light ranch dressing yum. and water! drinks lots of water and be active.

okay u love food? just eat those slim fast chocolate bars and drink slim fast shakes and just carry the bars around with u so when u get hungry u can eat one.

try drinking green tea Oprah, has been on this diet for ages it wont hurt to try it at least its a very healthy diet as well.

You have the EXACT same problem as me. Just remember it dosn't matter how much you eat, as long as you burn as many calories as you take in.
