first of all please check the spelling of train!
the qualification depends on the country. different country's railway need different qualification
like in Indian Railway you should be a diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical engineering or ITI holder.
so the qualification depend upon the country.

about the same as a car drivers license except sometimes you might have to lift heavier items than what you find in a car also engineer school that teaches operating different kinds of locomotives and cargo

none...the railway company gives you all the training. you do need to pass an apptitude test thou, and have a basic understanding about engines
