Its very difficult u have to speak with a lawyer my step dad was from egypt his parents couldn't come over...all arab people in this country is under investigation even if they didnt' do anything wrong....which is stupid...well hope this helps

send him invitation from the american embassy in egypt
or go to the egyptian embassy in america and ask them how to bring him to america
