You don't need to loose weight. But if you insist that you do, go on a strict Atkins Diet for two months, try to eliminate as many carbs as possible. Exercise daily!

Even though the Atkins diet is really not good for you, this will help you loose weight. Just remember to exercise - run, walk, lift weights. Aerobic and cardio-vascular exercise alternating.

you cannot lose that much weight in that short of a time frame.it's very unhealthy to lose more that 2 lbs a week and the chances of putting the weight back on is very great.try increasing you water intake to 8 glasses a day,and try firming exercises.don't over do it or you will hurt yourself exercising 3 to 4 times a week is sufficient.you are still young and could do serious damage if you don't do it right and you don't want to go through the rest of your life with bum knees or other injuries. if you have anymore questions ask your family physician.and don't forget to eat healthy, and cheesy chips are not healthy even though they say cheese in them lol.

Brittney, hun, you are very much healthy at the height and weight you described. Losing that much weight in a month and a half would likely be dangerous. You WILL lose some weight if you cut out the carbs completely. Only eat vegetables, fruit, and meats. Stay away from bread, starchy food such as pasta, and also stay away from sweets and snacks with lots of sugar. Soda is very bad if you are trying to lose weight.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

you need to throw away all those Glamour and Cosmo magazines. that's the first step.

next step- eat!!! really...eating revs up your metabolism.

next, exercise in moderation. get that heart going!

last step- revel in the healthy new you!

there is no quick fix. diet pills and programs are scams. those people know you are desperate to drop pounds and know you will pay to do so. you are their prey.

really, do yourself a favor- eat. exercise. stop worrying about your weight. life is too short.

Dieting is the key. Exercise helps but it's really all in what and how you eat. Stay away from eating late also.
