It depends on what language you are trying to roll them in. If you want to pronounce the "rr" in Spanish, try this. Say the English word "better" (American pronunciation). The sound in the middle of the word is called a "flap". It is *not* actually a "t" sound. "D" between vowels (try "sadder") is exactly the same.
That flap sound is a single "r" in Spanish. Now...try flapping repeatedly. Think of saying "Brrr" with a flap sound. You'll know you have it right when you *aren't* using your muscles but you feel a repeated tap on the roof of your mouth caused by air pushing your tongue up and down.
A rolling r in French is different. That one you do with the *back* of your tongue on the back of your mouth. If you open your mouth wide and look in a mirror, you'll see something hanging down at the top of your throat. It's your uvula. You have to do the same thing as the Spanish rr, but using your uvula instead of the roof of your mouth.
Most languages use one of the above two pronunciations of r (with or without rolling). English is the exception.

Say the word GUTTER in English. Your last sound is a rolled R. Now that you know how it feels, practice it.

1st. ur tongue should be touching back of the upper teeth. Then force the air out, ur tongue should be seperated touching the teeth. As the same time, try touching bak ur teeth while the air is coming out of your mouth... sori, that's the best i can explain.

Put the sides of your tongue firmly against your upper palate and teeth. Keep your jaws firm and throat relaxed. Keep the tip of your tongue relaxed and start by saying, "B-rrrrrr"
