I have great news! You're not that overweight! In fact, 130 lbs. at 5'8" is well underweight. Note that there are a lot of factors that play into "healthy" weight. If you're going to try to loose weight, don't starve yourself or start smoking crack. That's bad. Instead combine a modest exercise routing with proper diet. Your 3 day cycle and caloric intake sounds pretty good but don't try to stick to exactly 1300 per day. You'll drive yourself bananas. Don't worry if you excede that target a bit.
Lastly, quit the junk food. One of the worst is soda. You can easily shed 5 to 6 real pounds by quitting soda. Your teeth will thank you for it as well.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You should lose between 2-3 lbs a week so that would be between 20 and 13 weeks.

Your not supposed to loose more than 5 lbs the first week and no more than 2-3 lbs every week after that.

It will take you a while..
don't starve yourself..
counting carbs/calories will kill you.
You're tall.
Go to a fitness center...just eat fruits and veggies..nothing else
no meat,candy,junk food etc.
