What is with your obsession with asking questions about mimes?
Only fictitious characters have banned miming.

I don't think any religion ever banned mime since it is just immation and i do not know of any religion who's beliefs limit immitaion or the arts....

probably christianity.
they hate everything. and I can see them having a reason to put a stop to non-speakers, much like they would execute non-believers.
