Average 10 calories but this all depends on how tall you are, how muscular you are and how fir you are.

If you are short overweight and with a slow metabolism you will burn very few.

you burn 10 calories an hr so i read once. unless yr a sleep walker. but you may find some better answers here

YOU FIRST MUST KNOW HOW MANY YOU COLLECT WHILE YOU ARE AWAKE AND THEN DO THE MATH.FOR SOME OF US,SLEEPING IS THE ONLY WAY TO "BURN"CALORIES.
