If so,how long were you on the diet and how much did you loose?

no, those things don't work. get up off your lazy @$$ and go work out, limit your junk food and drink water instead of pop.

I haven't but that is absolutly obserd. Just because it is fruit and is healthy for doesn't mean that it doesn't have massive ammounts of sugar. Even though it is natural sugar if your body gets too much of it (which if that is all your eating it will) then it will all turn to fat. Just fat. Try something more like eating chicken and broccoli only. This is because your muscules are easier to break down than fat is so your body will attack your muscules first. If you pack your muscules full of protien it will be harder to break down so the fat will go first. The broccoli is an excellent diet food because it is filling will few calories and it has hte nutrients you need as well as the fiber needed to push out anything you don't need (make you go poop). you need to throw away all those Glamour and Cosmo magazines. that's the first step.

next step- eat!!! really...eating revs up your metabolism.

next, exercise in moderation. get that heart going!

last step- revel in the healthy new you!

there is no quick fix. diet pills and programs are scams. those people know you are desperate to drop pounds and know you will pay to do so. you are their prey.

really, do yourself a favor- eat. exercise. stop worrying about your weight. life is too short.
