"Impossible Is Nothing" is better because it has endless possibilities.

On the other hand, saying "Just Do It", well what if I don't feel like doing it. What if I'm waiting for the right time and person to do "it" with!!...Well then we're talking about time delays, forms to fill out, etc.

"Impossible is Nothing" is the better slogan but "just do it" is a slogan you are more likely to remember. So really, for marketing "just do it" is better.

Impossible is Nothing.

I like the whole ad:

"Some people listen to themselves rather than listen to what others say. These people don't come along very often, but when they do, they remind us that when you set off on a path, even though critics may doubt you, it's ok to believe that there is no CAN'T, WON'T, or IMPOSSIBLE. They remind us that IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING."

I like both but "impossible is nothing" definitely has a little something over "just do it".
