If you have an active or exhausting life style, green tea is very good for you, it has caffen so it will keep you awake, it will help you focus, it will help cleans your system and kidneys, and if you lift weights help you get a better pump. But here is the problem, i used to drink one litter of it per day cause i heard it was so important and healthy, but it took all the salt out of my body and i almost passed out in a couple of days, so dont over do it.

I drink green tea because it is an antioxidant and does help in weight loss. try peach green tea (iced)
