I gained a massive amount of weight over the past few months and I was wondering what diet pills could help me get some of the weight off. I want serious answers, if you plan on saying "dont use pills ull become anarexic jus excersize" then hit your back button now. I'm not asking wether or not I should take them. I'll also be going on a strict diet but that never works by itself for me.
I'm a girl, by the way.

Okay, I understand what you are saying. I have such a hard time just to lose 10 pounds. I recommend using Advocare Supplements. You can get the MNS Max Appetite. They are safe and are all natural. The are prescription strenght and slow release and will release in your body throughout the day. I did not start losing weight until I took this. It will curb your appetite and fill in the nutritional gap in your diet. It will also give you energy.

These will also replace any vitamins that you might be taking. It will speed up your metabolism too! I can't say enough about them! You have go buy them from a member, or become a member by paying $50.00 and you will get a 30% discount. Just go on to the website...www.advocare.com. Read all about it. Lots of people have testimonials on them. Professional athletes use them for energy!

It will not make you jittery or nervous like diet pills!

Good luck!

You really need to consult your doctor instead of Yahoo Answers. A doctor may actually respond, but you need one who can examine you, and find out why you have a weight problem, and what can be done about it. It really concerns me that you gained a massive amount of weight in such a short time. There is possible cause for concern here. In fact, you may want to go directly to the hospital to catch a possible heart attack or stroke.

If you a not serious enough to do this, then you are truly not looking for serious answers.

I'll go a step further, and actually answer your question. You can try Norexin SlimScupt. That might help you. But, seriously, you really need to see a doctor.

I want to tell you don't use them because 2 of my cousins died from using fen-fem. Both were in their early 30's and both left kids behind. My advice is 1. diet. 2. yoga (once a week to reduce stress. Stress is a cause a weight gain.) 3. talk to a holistic doctor about alternative medicines. (they may give you a herbal pill that increases your metabolism)

It really depends on you, do you need to control your appetite? if so, try HoodiaXPF, Its all natural and works like a wonder, I have to remind myself to eat. Then if you are in need of energy take your Hoodia pill with an 8oz glass of Spark from Advocare, try the mandarin orange. www.advocare.com. you should see a difference in about a month. I lost 25lbs in 2 months. With all the energy from the Spark try doing 30 squats a day!!!! good luck

If you want to set yourself up for failure, then use diet pills. Doctors do not actually recommend them. Real doctors (not paid off doctors like in ads) only recommend exercise, eating smaller portions, eating healthy. Diet programs and diet pills set you up for failure because as soon as you stop them, you gain weight again. You have to keep taking them FOR LIFE to keep the weight off.

I used diet pills for about five months. Yeah, I lost alot of weight but I also now have to take medication for my heart condition that developed because of that stupid choice I made. DONT do it please!!! I strongly recommend anything but that!!!! I had started doing the South Beach Diet in January. Thanks to that and and elliptical trainer I have lost 30 pounds. There are always better alternatives. Consult your doctor. They do have "safe" pills that they can prescribe if it has to come to that. Best of luck!!

I heard dexatrim max h20 works really good, Hell I need some myself. it crubs your appetite. You put the little tablet in your bottle of water and go on about your day. Someone said to that it really doesn't work because it doesn't have the fat burning part in it so it's like just taking vitamins.

Hope it helps

you don't want to hear it because you know its true that these miracle pills are bad for you . the only way to really lose weight for good is to exercise and eat right. always----- you don't just exercise and diet until you loose weight you are supposed to always.
