Someone who is clumsy, always smile :-), looks sexy, even in the morning and haven't brush her teeth. B-cuz, She knows that i don't care what she looks...oh, and definitly have to have an open heart.

I hope you realize that the answer to this question is going to be different for everyone.
For me: Looks DO matter, but they're not the ONLY thing that is involved. Looks matter because I would find it hard to have a meaningful partnership with someone I'm not attracted to. On top of looks, intelligence and kindness are also very important- probably right up there with looks. A woman should be comfortable with herself, too... not constantly asking if I find other girls attractive or if I think she's ugly or whatever (doing this every so often is fine, but someone who dwells on it seems to have body image issues). Another important part is the fact that she understands me. Obviously, this comes with time, but someone who is not flexible and has to always have everything "her way" is not someone I'd want to be with.
I hope this gives you some insight. Again, remember, no two people will answer this question the same way... different things are important to different people (and what kind of relationship they're looking for).

A girl that is comfortable in her own skin, regardless of her looks.
I have seen 'average' looking woman that just have a warmth and sensuality that is hard to resist.
And then I have seen the self-proclamied diva's/princesses who look like 9 or 10's, but I would not give them the time of day because they have a poor attitude.

To me, the ideal girl is someone who takes care of themselves on all levels--hygeine,grooming,ect...--and isn't afraid to not be a member of the "In" crowd. She also should have a highly-developed intellect (Hey, who says guys don't like smart women?), a refined sense of humor, and be open-minded. It also wouldn't hurt to be able to speak more than one language, since I plan on attending college and majoring in that.
