What if reality just turns you off? Is it okay to swim in your own delusions? What if you're peeing in the pool, should the lifeguard hook you with that majigger?

I can't imagine being happy swimming in delusions. I've always thought knowing the truth was best, even if it's something you don't want to know. You can't change reality if you don't know what it is. That is, it is best to accept what is real and make changes to it, so the world improves. Too, if others are living lies (delusions), I like having a grasp on reality... I just like living in the real world, no matter how desperately it needs changes!

Peace.

Yes. The life guard should certainly hook you with a majigger.

Since some 80% of the earths population are swimming in their delusions, I suppose it's hard to argue that it isn't ok.

Humans were still living in caves just a few thousand years ago. As a species, were almost as dumb as rocks.

Truth is the same for everyone. Wrong is wrong and right is right, no matter which way you want to justify reality, there is only one truth.

If reality is too boring or too hard then you have the option to create your own reality. But the truth will always follow you.

Just face reality and concentrate on what is good about it!

if you're joking than bravo - I think you're funny and I don't think you need help at all (especially since your peeing in your own delusions)

If you're serious then I'd say that even delusional people have their own version of reality. We're never just completely deluded.

Don't dive in the shallow end.

Because a lot of times we don't want to face reality. Reality can be so harsh sometimes that we ues the manifestations of our mind to get away from the cruellness of it.

TomCruise is a jerk.

I think that all that anyone does is swim in their own delusions. Nothing else we can do.

Swim in whatever you like; but it's rude to pee where others swim.
