We all have blue time every now and then. I was feeling very down last winter but it's important to keep active as well as relax. Join a sports club, go out with friends, volunteer or a hobby. The seasons and stresses in life can be a big factor. If you feel like you need professional help then go get it. Smile, it can only get fuller :)

Try journaling. There is great free site www.my-diary.org. In your journal try writing down something everyday that you are grateful for. If you glass always looks half empty, change the way you look at the glass. Be greatful for little things at first, a nice day, a nice meal, a good friend, etc. You will get the hang of it. There are so many interesting things in the world. Find one that you are excited about and study it. A vacation spot, an animal, a famous artist. It will make you a more interesting person and the world will seem sunnier to you. Good luck!

its called Growing pains...and a bout of depression. every teenager goes thru this difficult stage. i can only assure u that all will be better for u and soon. get out with ur friends, and most important enjoy life...
