It's their choice, I guess. Just as long as they're prepared to accept the consequences which, in this case, I guess would be being thought of as just a little bit odd.

Sure why not! Not eveyone can control certain body functions all the time... If wearing a diaper doesn't bother the person wearing it why should it bother anyone else?
