When I eat a lot of spicy food I like need to take a number 2. And sometimes I can't stop eating spicy food so what should I do? Please help me!

Ur body wants to throw away the spicy food that entered. Body has its own language. Be sensitive enough. If u do not respond to its signals, body will become insensitive for them and u will only come to know only when it fails totally. Be aware of ur own reactions and look for the Food that nourishes rather than that stimulates. A proper understanding will make u eat proper food. So eat only after u are quiet with the food for some time. ur body will tell u what is good for itself.

I'm the same way. What you have to do is regulate yourself, because even though spicy food is good for you, too much of a good thing can end up harming you more. So just cut back for awhile. Once a week if you can. It's hard, but you have to do it cause it's not good for your bowols(sp?) to have too much stuff going through them.

There are no problems eating spicy food. Asian people always eating food with spices . May be U R allergic with spices and see that.

my roommate in college was like that only he took a number to after everything he ate. There's nothing wrong with the food. Its a natural cycle that after mammals eat, they need to have a bowel movement. You're fine. If you are truly concerned, go to a doctor and discuss the symptoms with them or try an anti-diarrhea medicine before you eat.
