Yes they are both good for you ex specially if you can afford free range chicken, also be careful about the amount of fish you eat because of the mercury content. I read that wild caught fish is the best and farm raised fish to try to stay away from. Iam sure you can research this on the internet. I hope this helps. And take the skin off of the chicken, it is pure fat, the bad kind.

Both chicken and tuna are good for you. If you're really concerned about your health try to buy hormone free/organic chicken. And you should only eat tuna once a week because it has high levels of mercury.

Chicken is high in protein, low in fat and low in cholesterol, making it a good selection for a healthy diet. Our bodies require a certain amount of protein daily and the body does not store protein so we need to replenish it each day. A 3-ounce portion of chicken provides a large amount of our daily requirement for protein. Our bodies also require fat in our diet, which allows us to absorb vitamins that are fat-soluble and energy producing. But, too much fat is not healthy. Chicken is lower in fat than most other meats and over half of the fat is unsaturated fat, the type that helps lower cholesterol. The white meat is lower in fat than the dark meat of the chicken but the dark meat is higher in iron, an important nutrient for a healthy body. Shown below is a list of suggestions on how to make chicken even healthier.

What about tuna? you decide:

yes, chicken is really good for you if its not deep fried, or anything like that. it has a lot of protien in it. tuna is good for you too, but there are other fish/sea food that are much better for you than tuna.

Both are good. Protein is key, and tuna is high in omega fatty-acids, which are great for you!
Turkey, ground or roasted, is good as well.. better than burger!

chicken is a good meat but if you really want to get picky...go for chicken breast. it's one of the leanest meats packed with protein. one chicken breast is around 1-2 grams of fat and 20+ grams of protein.

fish in general is a good meat since its got protein and EFAs.
