When i am in my room about to go to sleep i see this little girl with long hair and i cant see her face, when i am falling asleep i hear a little girl laugh and cry and i want it to stop what can i do??

Try to find out why she's there and help her cross over. If that doesn't work, just try to close your eyes ignore her.

the little girl is probably not a ghost, but a poltergist. Poltergists feed off of your enegry and that is how they are able to stay. They don't do any harm other then occasionally hiding thing things. But if you want to get rid of her, the best way is just to talk to her. It may sound silly, but they were probably a human at one point. Most people realease energy right before they go to bed, so the best way to keep her from being inide you room, is just to release all of your energy before you get to your room. To relaese your energy, just imaging you're balling up your energy, and then let it go.

I have come to realize that there are no ghosts, only demons. This is no joke my family and I have encountered demons before, and the only thing that seems to work against them is prayer and reading the bible. Whenever you see or here her call on the name of Jesus out Loud, pray out loud ask the Lord for strength. In the bible it says whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven, so in the name of Jesus you bind this thing and command it in the name of Jesus to leave you and never return. It may continue to become stronger with it's tactics, however it only get it's strength from your fears.
Please disregard the others who are telling you to communicate with this thing, it will only encourage other demons to come around you.
Please read Psalm 91, Psalm 27 and especially Isaiah 14:12-19. Be encouraged it cannot hurt you, just believe in the Lord and he will see you through.

One of the best & easiest ways to rid yourself of a ghost is stating in a loud voice "In the name of God, get out!" or by praying for them & then cleansing the house by burning sage or "smudging".

the best thing you can do is..... confront that ghost, coz it may be something you are hiding in your heart. you may have to look back at your self, and understand what is going on with you. it is just you trying to tell you that something is wrong or unfinished

If you want her to leave completely just put a banishing pentagram above your doorway. If not just try asking her to leave.

You need to tell her she is dead and that she needs to move on. Claim your space out loud and tell her to go. She can't hurt you. I feel for her.

line any entrance into your room with sea salt doors, windows, w/e. that should keep unwanted spirits away
