Well, Scratt500, I would like to say that I would leave it until it fell out, but I think that it is virtually impossible to do. Unless it falls out while eating something, I think that it is human nature to play around with it and get it to fall out. I don't know.

That depends on why the tooth is coming out. If you're young and it's just coming out to make room for adult teeth, then as long as there's no pain pull it. If there is pain, then put Anbesol or Orajel on it and let it come out on it's own.

If it's an adult tooth, and it is rotting, have the dentist take care of it, no matter how he has to do it.

If it' has been knocked loose and it's not supposed to be, then the dentist will have to get you a new one. He may even tell you to let it come out on it's own before he will fix it,

Is this like a baby tooth you are talking about? They will fall out on its own, but not an adult tooth. You should see a dentist.

Pull it out, if it's loose enough. If it hurts too much when you pull, wait.
