Well first off are you absolutely sure that he is the father? If he is then sit him down and be truly honest with him. Tell him what's going on. I believe best friends make the best lovers but if you two decide to become a couple because of the baby take caution. Other than that there is absolutely nothing wrong with two wonderful friends raising a child together. I have done it myself and it works out great!

If its really bad then call a docter as shes just coming out of the early stage and she needs to be very careful!!
If the pain is very slight she should take some paracetomal and a nice relaxing bath as it could just be wind or something.
But if your worried ring a doctor!!

She may be having ligament pain which is common in pregnancy along with many other pains. BUT I would strongly advice her to see her obgyn or go to the ER to have it checked out to make sure that everything is okay.

What does the pain in her stomach feel like? It could be cramps, gas or braxton hicks. BH usually isn't so early on though.

The baby might be resting on her sciatic nerve. Or maybe she is in the early stages of a complication. She should talk to a doctor, stat!

Well it's a little late for help. Someone should have given her a condom. But I would go see a doctor if I were her. That is what pregnant people do. Isn't it?

I don't know, but I would say she should call her doctor. It she isn't bleeding, I wouldn't think it is a miscarriage, but I would still call the doctor - better to be safe. Good luck!
