The sperm just get reabsorbed back into the body - his libido is unaffected and he will still ejaculate - but it will be minus the spermies

I'll assume you mean VASECTOMY, not "vestectomy". When thisis done, the vas deferens (tube that carries sperm to the urethra) is severed and rerouted to the bladder. Thus the sperm are ejaculated into the bladder rather than through the usual pathway. As far as I know, there is no change in hormone level. Hope this helped.

When men have a vasectomy their male hormones remain the same but when they come and the sperm pass through the urethra it gets mixed up with urine and the acidity in urine caused the sperm to be infertile (it kills the spermatozoids)

Vasectomy doesnot stop production of sperms,The duct is cut so that sperms remain in the sac and doesnot go along with fluid through penis to reach vagina.The sperms are destoyed and abosrbed with in the sac.
