I'm taking some antibiotics and also taking Echinacea, can that be a problem? and also how many Echinacea caps I have to take daily? I just take 1 but on the bottle says up to 4.
Thanks!

I'd call your doctor and ask if you are concerned. I know I have taken both with no ill effects. I take two echinacea capsules every morning as part of my vitamin regimen. Allegedly, recent studies say that echinacea has no effect on the immune system to prevent colds, etc. I wasn't part of the study, but I know I haven't had a cold in years ever since I have been taking echinacea regularly.

I hope this helps.

I think you can probably take Enchinacea with your anitbiotics but if you want to be %100 I would just call your local pharmacy and ask them - Where I live they always have no problem answering questions like that and really something like that should be answered by a professional I think. :)
Cheers!

You know it hasn't been proven to help.

The though was, you take it to help your immune system out to keep you FROM getting sick.
