I don't know the make or model of it. I also don't know the year in which it was manufactured. Please help!

First look on ebay and see if your make/model is on an auction. Follow the auction until it concludes and base your price on the final bid of that auction.
If you can't find your item by researching on the www start taking it to camera shops and antique stores.

I would try Ebay, they have everything yolu can think there. It should give you an idea of what its worth. You just need to look.
