The one exercise that works the whole body but especially the arms is the full pushup, on your toes and hands. Do 3 sets of 15 each day when you get up in the morning. Hope this helps!

You can't lose fat in one spot, but you can tone the muscles there, and they will shape up. TO lose fat in one area, you have to reduce your overall bodyfat level through a proper diet and exercise, and your body will reduce the amount of fat in your "problem area" automatically.
For arms, try bicep curls and tricep extensions.

okay if you dont mind spending money buy the total body shape fitness dvd or video whatever. They have like a15 minute arm work out and let me you can feel the burn and after a bout a week u will see the results .

the only way you can lose fat in your arms is if you lose weight and get your body fat lower. you cant spot reduce
