All universities are mostly at the same levels, although one may has an advantage than a second, but this second may has another advantage. The determining factor is the student himself, so i will tell about my experience. ou can join any university, attend your courses, listen to the lecture, practise the excercises at both laboratory and hospital, go back to your residence, revise the lessons of the very day, and , insist on perceiving them, go to the examination, i guarantee that you shall obtain high marks

It all depends on what you want to study. Some universities do really well in certain areas, and others do well in others. You just have research the school you want to go to and then decide from there. It also depends on where you want to do your residency. Some school will let you do residency in the same town as you went to school in, or live in, others don't have a program for that and you have to apply elsewhere. So look at that also.
