Whats the best prescription drug you've ever had?

I had some percocet one time a few years back after I got all my wisdom teeth pulled in the same day, I was on cloud 9 the whole week afterwards.

I was once on morphine for a migraine that lasted I-don't-remember-how-many-days. Nothing I was given before that helped me. On the morphine, I still felt the pain, I just didn't care about it. I could actually function again.
