it seems to me that you may not be around alot of guys....you need to get out and meet more guys....I'm sorry about the crush you have on your boss but remember that he's taken....knowing that alone should help get over the crush...stop worrying about everything and everything will work out...Are you going to dr about panic attacks? if not, you should...then you won't feel so strange if you are given some help..good luck!!

The only advice I can give you is to stop thinking about your boss "that way". You're at work to work, it's not a dating service. It doesn't matter if your boss knows how you feel about him or not. Just keep going to work, and don't let your personal feelings get in the way of doing your job.

I would like to suggest a wonderful self healing technique that you can either self teach and self apply or schedule therapy sessions whenever you feel you need help or guidance.

It's called Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT and works wonderfully on lots of different issues on many levels (physical, emotional, mental, etc.).

Visit www.ahealingmind.com

Go to the Emotional Freedom Technique Page for an overview of the technique, a free manual download for self teaching and self application and diagrams of the points used.

Also on the Pathways Page of the site there are additional self healing techniques available that may be beneficial as well.

No you need to go back to work he does know you have problems as you say he propbaly isnt attracted to you but he does like you or he wouldnt be so understanding; so go back a think you just like the attention probaly stims from your child hood adults forget children do hear and feel there perception of things can lead to prblems like yours. you not dealing with feeling of the past, you need to talk it out see a doctor for advice. hes your boss not your man.

Just go back to work. If you act like it doesn't bother you, your boss won't know.
