Make one from a whole wheat wrap. Little tomato sauce, some veggies, little cheese or no cheese. Bake in oven about 4 minutes. Wa la pizza. No guilt.

get a low carb tortilla, some lowfat mozzarella, a little bit of tomato sauce....chop some bell pepper, onion, garlic, maybe some chicken (if you need meat)....build your own...sprinkle with fresh basil and oregano and stick under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly....not a pizza...but the flavor is there and will do in a pinch!....good luck!
