Why do mean guys get all the girls?

I'm nice, smart, a runner, and yet all the girls go for mean guys. i'm not a pig and very respectful of women but pervs get teh girls.

You know many women ask that question about men. I want to know why all the good for nothing females get men that are really good. It is the way that life is, I once read that nothing worth attaining can quite be attained. Well how true that seems to be in this matter. And is it that the bad guys get the girls that you want and you seem to attract what you don't like? Well all I can say is do not settle, you will find your princess and all the wait and frustration will be well worth the wait. But trust me I know where you are coming from. I am in the same boat now but I am keeping my eye on the prize and sometimes the things that you want do not come to pass for reason so take that into account when you are dealing with this.

Women like a guy that can speak his mind and take control. The last thing a girl wants is a guy to call them to go out and not have a clue of what they are going to do. Someone needs to lead the relationship and a "bad boy" has the confidence needed to do that.

Ever notice how girls always have 10 things planned for the same night? well, that's because, again, the last thing they want to be doing is sitting at home wondering what to do. They would rather flake out and have a good time than sit at home alone.

Bad boys just fill that void. You don't necessarily have to be "mean" just don't be boring. Speak your mind and keep things interesting.

They don't. There are all kinds of women and they go for all kinds of men. Confidence is appealing though, and many of the 'bad boy' types have that. A guy can be a wonderful person, but if he's sitting in the background, being shy, or telling himself it's not appropriate to be aggressive, he's likely to find there are plenty of guys who are willing to jump in, take the initiative, and take a chance. A lot of women like some adventure or even a hint of 'danger' now and then in their relationship, but they also want to be treated respectfully and know they are cared about...ya don't have to be a "bad boy" to win hearts, but don't be a doormat or wallflower either.

NO NO NO. PERVS GET THE SHALLOW GIRLS.

Don't be fooled my friend. So many nice guys wonder this yet they fail to see that these types of girls falling for the bad boys ARE NOT the girls you ultimately want. Trust me. You just can't see it now. Girls that fall for bad boys have issues with their own fathers (90% of the time). And if they were with you, you would spend all of your time trying to make them happy but never succeed because it's themselves that they need to make happy.

Going for the bad boy is a way for them to feel validated. They think "ouh, look, i got a bad boy so I am worthy". They fail to understand that it's just the opposite. The bad boys just take advantage, exploit, abuse, neglect and emotionally abandon-JUST LIKE their fathers probably did to them. So in essence, they're trying to heal that part of themselves. Leave that to a professional and wait it out for a girl with solid values. :):)

i hear this a lot, and i can say this. the mean guys tend to be a liitle more exciting, whereas they may tend to find the nice guys boring and corny and they don't want that. the bad guys are more smooth and slick and like someone said, the girls choose them because they feel they will be better protected by a tough guy. you know, it won't hurt to be a liitle mean sometimes. you don't have to be a total jerk, but you could toughen up a bit. be assertive, firm and cofident, and get a black belt in karate. it will come in handy so you can defend yourself and your girl from any attack.

I am currently into mean guys because I've been hurt by "nice guys". Eventually all the nice guys did some jerk thing to me and WOW was i hurt because i never saw it coming. With mean guys what you see is what you get. No surprises, i know they're perverted, a cheater, only dating me to try and get some... whatever at least I won't get too attached.

because they have confidents...honestly I have a story that would knock your socks off about a guy that just had confidence...you tink there is some kind of game...but at our age guys like me and you give girls too much credit..you can email me if you want the story its [e-mail]...but really all it takes is confidence...and just a little bit of flirting...once you have kissed the girl..shes in...esp. if you know what type of girl to go for...because let me tell you...when I say my fiend brakes every rule in the book, he bbrakes every rule in the book...girls have this veil that makes them think they are more mature than they really are...but the sad truth is guys or girls dont really mature until after the teen years...and even then I still wonder.

Hey, I had the same problem, but know i have the best girlfriend i could ever have. I just kept being myself and trying to express my way of life. I don't drink, smoke, or disrespect. Alot of guys thought i was a wuss, but I didn't care. Listen If you just keep being your self, and get active, and noticed. always try to talk to more girls, and show your true self. But sometimes the nice guy just isn't showing any obvious sign that he likes her....and that mean guy is kind of cute....and he flirts with her a lot......most are going to date the mean guy.

well doug my little sister is 10 and my parents think that boys are not the right thing for a ten year old girl and i think different but my sisters boy friend is 10 to and her boyfriend is a bad boy but when he comes over it is like he is a new person but his friends treat my sister rong and so does he so we have not let her been seeing him but just because all the girls fall for the bad boys don't change yourself to be that way and there is that special someone out there for you.
