Unless the children are Chinese and Rats having a positive meaning for them you should request the head of the Camp for a name change. In this country rats are the lowest of the low.

lol is it just the counselor's that are called rats or the kids too? Will there be another team involved (because they you might want something like a taunt)?
all i can think of is:
