To become spiritually refreshed its to repent of all your sins. Not just Holy water. One must be truly sorry for the sins that there soul needs to let go of dirt on them.

It's actually a lot easier just to get the holy water through I V. That way the holiness gets right into your blood. An enema also works well.

You don't DRINK holy water. There is salt in it. It is a sacramental used to bless oneself and other people/things.
