learn to love them and they will become a priority. Besides when you exercise, you have more energy for the other things. Or mediate and your priorites will come into place...

Right down everything that you want and need to do. Kind of like a checklist. Come up with a daily routine that will fit all of what you want to do. For example yoga meditation and exercise you can combine in one being that yoga is a form of meditation and exercise. Before you do Yoga throw in a 30 min cardio workout or go walking the dog. Once you finish yoga you will be relaxed and then you can tend to your house. The motivation is that you will be a happier relaxed person with accomplishing your daily goals.

I'm confused....these are things, that you say, that you "want to do"...so why do you need motivation?
Sounds like something deeper if you need motivation to clean your own house, and walk your dog....
Exercise, on the other hand, I can see why..it's not the foremost thing on your mind (or alot of people's)...but perhaps cut out an outfit or bathing suit that you like out of a magazine...and put it on your mirror or fridge..perhaps the visual image of something you would like to have or look "stunning" in, will help you. Looking at yourself and knowing that you deserve the best in life is also key.

I wish you all the best. :)

To borrow a line from a Nike commercial- "Just Do It!".

It does help to be able to visualize the benefits from the activity. And if you need help- And I do at times- you may even consider making a schedule of the things you want to accomplish, and check them off as you get done.

I think you are going through depression. The other question you posted is about not being able to ignore other people`s opinion, are part of the same problem. I could give you my opinion of how to overcome this but I`m no doctor, you should see one soon.

Work for a reward. Set out some things you really like, and use them as rewards to get you to do the things you want to.
