Be casual and confident. If she works there it is easy - -flirt by asking questions about products, ask opinion, etc... If she is shopping, try to get eye contact without staring or stalking. Once she feels uncomfortable it's over. You can try the getting her way accidentally, but it's tricky. Finally, the direct approach. Walk straight up and introduce yourself. If she is interested you will know.
Bottom line -- if she is not in the mood (has a bf, sick, angry at someone, etc...), no matter how good you are, not going to happen.

bump into her and be like "im so sorry", then introduce yourself, talk and flirt, then maybe end up asking her for her number. be smooth tho, girls are realy smart!
