my friend said a guy told her to give me a note?

its says he has a crush on me but its secret admirer how do i know shes not lying?

You don't.

But if you really like this guy you could send HIM a note and see how he responds. Then it doesn't matter if the first note is real or not.

Try talking to the guy, or just be around him. If the guy likes you, you should be able to tell......he won't ignore you, for example. Flirt a little, it can never hurt. You don't need to go all over board about the note...just see how he acts towards you.
