It stings, but it does cover the wound, kinda like nail polish would do.

I actually just tried them last night. My son fell and got a cut on his head that while it wasn't really deep enough to take him to the ER ( especially with the high co-pay we have) It was deep enough to have me concerned about a huge scar. My friend suggested Liquid bandaids. I tried it and it has worked so far. I believe it is the same stuff they would use in the ER instead of stitches. The box does say that it is used in hospitals.
I also used it for a cut I have but it is on an area of my finger that gets hit alot and it didn't hold, I might not have put enough of it on too. And the price isn't too bad either. I think I will be keeping a bottle around from now on...with 3 little boys not to mention their friends I think it will come in handy.

We have and DH swears by them. I find they tend to peel quickly. You usually need two coats and it hurts like there's no tomorrow when you first put it on. I find it smells like nail polish remover. I wonder if they're the same and if you could use the nail polish remover instead. Use it on only small cuts.

I don't like them they sting, that's not to bad, and they just feel uncomfortable to me. I'm sure they do work but you have to be ok with it feeling like u have clear nail polish stuck to your skin all day. Plus they are alot harder to get off then normal bandages.

I have used them before and they do work, however, they do sting when applied, like rubbing alcohol would, so if you are using them on a child be fore-warned.

yes, and they rock. it will sting a little, because of the anti bacterial in the solution. They make it waterproof, and seal the wound
