Because there are alot of woman out there that settle for that for whatever reasons. And a man will do what you allow him to get away with. So you gotta be one of them woman that wont settle for less by giving him the "benefits"

Basically because they're just going after sex. No commitment, no strings attached. If they strike out with whoever they want to be with, they'll always have a sexual outlet to fall back on.
