No to the point in question:
How about a simple statement to the lovely lady like:
Everytime I come in here the very first thing I notice is your pretty smile. Is there something that keeps you so happy?
I might get a conversation going from which you can figure out her interests.

your grammar is horrible, you probably can't speak very well either, which also means you are likely ugly. Because of this, she looks at you as if you are freak and laughs at you.
